Did you make sure the USB port wasnt worn out ???? This happens to electronics when you charge them everyday. It happened to my phone and I had to take the battery out everyday and charge with an external charger. BTW, go to Walmart and get a 30$ Alcatel Smart phone, they work great. The Walmart phone service is T mobile and is cheap and reliable.
