Not for me it didn't. The 13 minute video you embedded starts at the beginning. Merkel doesn't even appear until the 3 minute mark. I don't think time cueing works on embedded youtube videos here?

I watched this video until 6:10 and did not notice any shaking.

If she had Parkinson's.. she would surely double up on her Carbidopa/Levodopa meds to ensure she did not have any tremors while in public view.

Perhaps she has a semblance of a conscious and knows her time is running out
like someone else commented, she could be having panic attacks.
