Geoengineering as far as I can tell is a direct result of the late 80's and 90's pandemonium around hair spraying and ozone depletion.

Seems like things ramped up in the late 90's with geoengineering becoming more and more common.

I know all the theories around here, and on the internet. But thinking strictly playing devils advocate and thinking logically I believe they are simply repairing our damage.

And in turn the chemicals are hurting people. Killing 1 to save the many type of thing.
