A) he knows that somebody is in full control of climate engineering.

B) he knows our climate problems are solar, and we have no control whatsoever.

C) 16 cargo ships exhaust = the combined exhaust from every other vehicle on the planet. There are thousands of cargo ships operating. Very few in his control.
