I sometimes wonder, if I joined, could I develop a few decent friendships from this place. However, theres only been a few people here who have been receptive and engaging with me, so I'm not sure if I would fit in or not. When you joined did you feel more like you fit in once you actually connected with other members? I often long for deep conversation with understanding on a level I don't get in the general public. Did joining satisfy the urge to feel connected to those who share similar ideas and values with you, or did it make you run like hell and say these people are nuts.
