New Rivian, Ford invested, is it a boat too?!

Just saw ad for new Rivian .Vehicle looks great with interesting and new features but incredulous over what the Rivian group is promoting in the vid we saw. They say it will go through 3 ft. Of water?! Warned that it would float in vid?

Off roading is being promoted and combined with the boast of going through 3 ft. of water ya know what will happen? Picture Rivian owners putting their new Rivians to the test with some interesting results.
I see big lawsuits possibly over flooded interiors? Offroaders probably will not go out into the rivers and measure 3 feet with possibly disastrous results maybe even Rivians floating on done the river with occupants lives in danger? Interesting name with Riv like river in the name! Sure will make it easy to sue?
