Martha Stewart's Pizza Crust Recipe
1 Scant TBL active dry yeast 3/4 warm water 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 TBL olive oil
Throw it all in the food processor or stand mixer with bread hook Knead for one minute Put it in an oiled bowl Let rise for 45-60 min. Punch it down and bake it with pizza toppings, make a stromboli, bread sticks, whatever.
It is the easiest pizza dough recipe I have ever used and it always works.
