Jar Keys. Pop lids and they open easily.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75426142

I just stick a table knife up under the lid and twist one time, they usually turn easy after that. Some of the jars today are so tight...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77742308

Or the ol' bang the side of the lid about 3 times in different spots. Works every time.

What takes oil stains out of t shirts ?

Every time i spill a little olive oil or whatever on a shirt it never goes away no matter what i do...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77742308

Baking soda for fresh stains. Let it sit for a bit then scrub with an old toothbrush or laundry brush. You can also scrub in dishsoap, which is a degreaser.

Phosphatidylserine
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74912800

Phosphorylated Serine is a better version, like Seriphos here:

[link to smile.amazon.com (secure)]

I take it to lower cortisol (in order to lower stress), and Phosphorylated Serine works faster than Phosphatidyl serine.
 Quoting: Veronica B.

Careful, read "Nature's Brain Booster" by Parris M. Kidd, PhD first. Your Amazon product is way to expensive and a lot of negative reviews. Stick with the original and tested PS.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74912800

On Amazon presently, there are 4 stars for this. I don't know what you are seeing. You have to read the reviews again. The bad reviews were for when they changed the formula to Phosphatidyl. The company changed it back to Phosphorylated when people complained because it works better. Of course there may be some people that Phosphatidyl works better on, but most prefer Phosphorylated.

One other point, never buy vitamins and minerals from Amazon. They are always overpriced and usually out of date. I have had very good luck with VitaCost and LE. Plus unlike Amazon, they can answer questions about your purchases and offer advice.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74912800

I never have issues with out of date supplements on Amazon. I do usually buy them elsewhere, but have from Amazon too. And with Phosphorylated Serine, it isn't cheaper anywhere else. I have looked and looked. I ALWAYS price compare EVERYTHING!

Bought a negative ion generator about a year ago.

It works wonders for purifying the air as it attracts all of the dust and other particles towards it.

It also makes you feel amazing when you stand in front of it.

Pumps out 1 million ions per square inch.

Similar to the energy you feel before a thunderstorm.

In contrast, the POSITIVE IONS emitted by your TV screens and phones are slowly killing you.

Yeah, those things are frick'n awesome for allergies, colds, flues, keeping house clean, smells like Apline air.

I had a Honeywell and some others, but now all of mine are broke, really need to get a new one. What brand are you using?
 Quoting: Keilani

I am going to try this. Thanks for the tip!

One more...warmed olive oil dropped in ear, 3 drops, for ear pains . I test it first to make sure it's not too hot. My sister uses acv..haven't tried that in ear..but she says adding couple drops to each kids ear after swimming wards off swimmers ear.

For soap scum and water deposits in shower, use liquid body cleanser on a loofah or bath puff (those puffy things my wife uses to exfoliate). Amazed how well it works.

Sometimes as last resort I spray oil stains with wd40, let it sit a minute, and then rub Dawn or liquid laundry soap on it. It works about 85% of the time.

Walmart Expert grill, $20, propane. I put it on my movers dolly and wheel it away from the garage when I use it. Steaks are best cut in half for more even cooking but it works for me. I have no plans to upgrade it.

Don't use deodorant with aluminum in it to remove body odor. Take liquid or powdered Chlorophyll as a supplement instead to eliminate body and breath odor. Use as a mouth rinse to remove plaque from teeth (the plant enzymes break down the plaque). Add it to your pet's food for the same benefits. It works!

I have to STRONGLY disagree with this. They sell many many products that are Chinese shit and are just plain garbage. From screwdrivers that the tips arent hardened to sockets that are not hardened to deadblow hammers made from NON shockproof plastic to dead cheap ass batteries.

For someone who works for a living , this place is shit. If you just play with your tools and just look at them and not actually use them then this place may be your go to store.

Harbor Freight...good and bad. I usually search Amazon and read the reviews. Rarely can a mom and pop store compete with HF and Amazon. One of the exceptions are some of the local Amish stores. One of them is offering a good discount on Kenetrek Boots.

If you have a plastic pipe in the ground like (PVC) water or electrical conduit with wire, if it's hard to get to and you can't get cutters on it use a string and work it back and forth creating friction which will cut through the pipe. Be careful NOT to cut through the wire insulation.

Oh and make sure the water or power is turned off preferably. cool2

Bottled water is a scam and recent reports show the quality is dubious.

Get a water distiller. You can use almost any source of water, even sea water to make very pure, sterilized drinking water.

Been using one for 5 years now. Ran the numbers and it cost about $0.40 a gallon that you know is clean water.

This one, I bought, is temperature controlled, so you can distill spirits as well.

[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

A true prepper can get one that works with any source of heat, but the electric is more convenient and automatic.

Hard to reach places on your back to put lotion on? Use a new car-windhsield wiper with handle form the $ store. Pull a clean sock on the wiper part, pour the lotion on it and voilá...good for itchy back, too, just use rough side of the handle.

Great idea! Distillation can remove fluoride as well, while most water purifiers leave it in.

Elderberry is not recommended for children. Only over 18 yrs. old. Always read warnings..

Bullshit ... it’s a berry. A food.

But to see if your comment had any basis, I did a quick google and found nothing to support your claim. In fact, even the OTC elderberry syrup (Sambucol) has recommended dosages for children. Do YOUR research, and stop spreading disinformation!

Let me reiterate ... Elderberry syrup is EXTREMELY effective for flu and pneumonia and is backed by studies.
