1) You could be eating too much soy or white carbs. I would learn to detox. Tons of threads here. You can get that confidence back but you have to make it yourself.

I'm beginning to see where your problems come from. I would reread what you wrote very closely, and you may see where your blocks are.

Get your thyroid checked as well as your electrolytes.
Potassium, B-12, magnesium etc...also get a complete blood lab workup.
Dysfunction in our hormones and body chemistry can be a major cause of depression and fatigue.

Whatever you are most capable and confident at doing, that is the job for you!
