Chances for development are now 80% w/a track shifted towards Texas - Louisiana - Mississippi. The EPS is still resolving this risk. |

It's not enough to deter intensification, with the Euro showing peak 850mb winds of 106kt (translating roughly to 80-85kt at the surface), but maybe if it verifies it'll be enough to prevent RI into something more destructive. And hey, dig this: at one of the local Wal-Marts in town, they're selling these emergency food bucket things on the shelves if you go look at the area that has large bulk items (like Country Time lemonade, big cans of nacho cheese sauce, etc etc). $20 a pop! It's a few days supply with a couple different entrees. They're in a white square bucket with a handle on it. Sam's club too had a larger emergency supply bucket for a bigger price (I forgot how much). Now is a good time to grab em!
