The Rolling Stones are scheduled to play the Superdome this weekend. I'd like to leave, but work will be fussy as people tend to play things down. River levels a big concern. Floods today & pumps not a good sign. They claim 118 of 120 pumps were working. They said they fixed the levees. It's all talk to me, why take a risk? They won't play this weekend. The storm is coming through on Saturday.

For those saying we won't have ac, cellphones, etc., many of us have generators. We can run the downstairs of our house. Our town is about 70 miles sw of NOLA. Parts have flooded but we never have even after the 30 inches Allison dumped on us in 2001. It will be a pain in the rear for a few days but we'll get through it. If not, it's been nice knowing y'all.
