Tropical Storm Barry rainfall update:
Saturday evening into Sunday, narrow but extreme rain bands will "train" across the same locations in Louisiana and Mississippi. Rates 3-4" per hour will add up to 15-25" in a matter of hours. Maybe some areas over 30".
