How about Islamic law, and Sharia law?

If it comes down to it, the US cannot attack Iran because the holder of Islamic High Court (Saudi) will stand by Sharia LAW over ANY other law (that's their LAW). Non-secular (not "religious" law, this is their GOVERNMENTAL LAW). SO... in order to go to WAR... the US has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Iran is in violation. And we cannot at this point. THEREFORE: more of the same until someone (Iran) uses force against the ones not sharing jizya (protection tax) with them... because Iran is really broke (sanctions) and needs the money. IF: Saudi shares jizya with Iran then Saudi violates sanctions imposed by US. see where this is going? Point: UN sanctions are a result of Iran refusing to follow UN agreements they signed to get into the UN. So: any attempt to attack any Vessel flying the flag of any member of the UN is an attack against not only that nation but the rest of the UN membership. Therefore: Iran breaks international law when they attack any shipping in international waters the Straights of Hormuz are international waters based upon international maritime law. See where this is going... Not enough for US to blast them off the planet. Gnomesayin?
