There is no constitutional basis to ban cannabis or any drug for that matter.

That can be done the same way they banned alcohol...by amending the constitution.

Maybe people should show self restraint when it comes to putting garbage inside their bodies. Maybe the rest of us don't care.

Cannabis industry is veeeery profitable, most of corporations and moguls had already invested billions in developing weed relating products, so I expect gradual decriminalization and legalize at all of the states.
