I did a little research on Benjamin Long--what there
is available (NOT much, by the way!)

Turns out Long trained in his elementary oil painting
in ITALY with an artist who was a classic painter with
a passion for...get this...ALL THINGS DAVINCI.

I have also read a couple of other articles featuring
Long and his lengthy career as an artist, finding that
Long also holds Leonardo DaVinci near and dear--with
DaVinci being one of the MAIN CLASSIC ARTISTS TO USE
"HORIZONTAL TRIPTYCHS" (just as you mention, A.C.79699)
--triptych which are not OBVIOUSLY split into 3 sections
--and was in fact used with the "Last Supper" painting.

The "clue" that DaVinci used the 3-in-1 in his Last Supper
is right behind the main guests in the image...the windows
are in the triptych design.

So, all you guys who really LOVE Davinci's Last Supper
mural (I do, by the way) will want to REVISIT the famous
painting to see what kinds of things you can now "squeeze"
out of a 3-in-1 message. THERE IS MORE THERE than just
the betrayal of Christ. There are 3 stories in there at
once. (You decide...I haven't yet figured it out myself!)
Just know it is there after studying Ben Long's material.

Benjamin Long was educated in formal, classical art
in Italy as a young man. Both his mentor and Long himself
favored the work of Leonardo DaVinci who used the 3-in-1
design (The Tryptich) for the design-behind-the-design
of the Last Supper Painting.

Here is the sacred geometry (using the "Flower of Life"
and the "Tree of Life" overlay on DaVinci's artwork) which
I located in the Last Supper back in 2012...

I believed at the time I found this there would be some
"ah ha!" moment come forward with the Tree of Life over-lay
on DaVinci's Last Supper fresco. I came up with the images above
totally by accident watching another analyst named Danny Wilten (2012-13)
doing a study of classic artists using this 3-in-1 technique
and using
the Tree of Life geometry over-lay on other artists works--but not DaVinci.)

I was hoping to FIND A "DATE" FOR SOME COMING GLOBAL EVENT which might be "teased-out"
using the overlay. (I still believe it in there...the closest I got to our current
timeline in The Last Supper Triptych was 2010...not bad.)
