The guy had an ESTATE in the Virgin Islands, where I assumed he sometimes worked doing his investment work AND threw large parties now and then.

It would be more shocking to me if he did NOT have a large shredder at his estate (in his business it is common for PI's to raid the garbage of competitors to try to find paperwork that indicates what they are doing - so EVERYBODY tries to shred EVERYTHING - we do here and we don't deal in the values or deals Epstein did).

It would also be shocking to me if he didn't also have a commercial grade carpet extractor at the estate for cleaning the carpets and tile after large parties. (guess no one here but me has ever thrown large indoor parties were you have 50 to 150 people mingling, drinking, dancing, INDOORS ... I can GUARANTEE you that stuff WILL be spilled during those parties, and you NEED commercial grade equipment to clean it up right after the party, or the next day, or you will be replacing your carpets after EVERY party. If you don't own that cleaning equipment you WILL be renting it even before the party even starts since it WILL BE NEEDED after the party is over!)

It seems you missed the point here. Your friend has enough money to own multiple shredder and carpet and tile extractor COMPANIES. Therefore it makes no sense for him to have these specific items shipped across the ocean to his private properties when it would be way less of a hassle and way cheaper just to purchase or rent those same items at his other billionaire mansion.
Now, it would make total sense to have those items shipped off the island if those items contained incriminating evidence.
Using the same items to clean and destroy evidence from both properties then have them melted down and destroyed. Im sure his island doesnt have a scrap metal company available and if they did it would be easy to find. New York...not so easy.
