So, they're going to change it into somewhere they've likely never been? Ok.

I've also lived in MExico and stayed long periods in Countries that ARE IN SOUTH AMERICA. Therefore, I do know that these countries are all different. I also know that most people to obey the law. The poor are all 'fair game' whether they are Indigenous or just poor. They are preyed upon by gangs, police, and, bullies. Their lives can be hideous. Most people here are not poor and uneducated. Society for the rest of the country is fine. You watch too many movies and generalize far too much without any real knowledge. Take a deep breath.
