They are semi Semitic blacks(1% Semitic)*, who where converted to Christianity, but had a "we are the real Israelite's moment" among a few of them. After the Jewish State of Israel was established, the Jewish people had a momentary lapse of intelligence and went along with it.
In short: Karma for all the racial trouble they caused in America.
The really funny thing about the video is: They sound like chimps.
Israel is trying to deport them to Europe, but contemplated sending them back to Africa with some money.
*Semitic farmers, first settled and established Ethiopia. Blacks seen what a great and prosperous place it was, and through migration took it over and bred/raped the original Semitics out of existence.
