The British Courts should adopt American Jurisprudence regarding the "chilling effect" and allow free speech and the free press as a paramount concern. Certainly, the admonitions of a Judge to a Jury that all persons are "innocent until proven guilty" and further, to "base any decisions a jury makes on the facts and the law only" and not what "they might have heard outside the courtroom" would be sufficient to protect the defendants from undue pre-trial prejudices. The fact that Tommy livestreamed these defendants walking into court and stating that they have been charged with these crimes that they allegedly did was doing nothing but stating facts.

If they put this man in a prison situation where he can be harmed or if they have to sit him into solitary confinement for his own protection are both cruel and unusual punishment.

From the outside looking in, it sure looks like the British Courts are eliminating a problem based upon political views...something you might see in a communist country. They don't like it that Tommy is a rabble rouser so they are sending him to the gulag. It is as simple as that....any justification given on the British authorities part is simply delusional in nature.
