Think of it like this, OP, if my forefathers had brought slaves across the pond, yea, sure that would have been wrong, BUT the slaves ancestors have reared several generations and those folks have integrated into the fabric of society and they have exactly the same benefits and advantages as I do. If they cannot get ahead in this great country it is because they are not trying.

Everybody can start out bagging groceries at a store, pumping gas, or cutting grass. From there an education is available, if they so desire, and from there the blacks can get a job. It might not be the best job in the world and it might take a while to get to the top, but when an average American has education and ambition then that person whether black or white can rise to their own lever of incompetence.

OP, don't blame me for slavery or the problems blacks bring upon themselves. I have my own set of problems and I cannot afford to pay for other folks mistakes. Leave me alone, leave the rest of the white population alone and use your efforts to help blacks learn how to make a better life for themselves.
