Signing customers up for things they didn't buy or want to make extra $$ and meet quotas?

Some customers come in here saying they got a "free tablet"... but the verizon rep wouldn't tell them they would have to pay 20 bucks a month for the service. With a 175 early termination fee. people get played all the time it's kinda sickening
