Looks like female large tits ,must have piglets ,let her live enjoy life. I'm sure you have plenty of food, killing for pleasure is a sin, hits you back in a way or another, bad karma.
I grew on farm, we never slaughter a sow like this during gestation, lactation/breastfeeding, meat is not good.

But if you want to eat it, remove the organs, especially the gall bladder, as soon as possible, dress it down and either spit it or smoke and salt it thoroughly.

You can also just wrap it up in grape leaves and mud and either put it whole in a wood fired oven or bury it in a pit fire lined with flat rocks for a day or so. It will be completely cooked, yet very tender and all parasites DEAD, DEAD, DEAD!
