Female Airplane Pilot Has Meltdown

Before GPS it was a known fact that you never ask a woman for directions, they always gave the worst directions.

If I was on that plane I would of told her YOU NEED TO GET OFF THE PLANE I PAID TO BE HERE ! ! ! ! !

Yeah...I'd be the first one off that plane when I heard her say she was "going through a divorce, right now...uhm..uh oh!"


Thankfully though, they removed her and it was under investigation...

I hope she received the help she needed as well as the emotional support for her own sanity and safety, as well as for other's safety's... if she ever does fly again...

the longer she dragged on, the creepier it must have been for the passengers, who were probably wondering why nobody was intervening

the co pilot should have called the airline and told them she is not fit to fly

airline should have requested security to come in and remove her from the plane immediately

most likely, they stood down and let her babble on because she was a woman

If you can't even show up dressed for work then how do you know she's had time to plot flight path, check notams, order required fuel, exterior preflight inspection etc.

Fucking joke, probably another diversity hire, these sjws in HR are going to be responsible for deaths soon.

Well........ Just as well she had this `meltdown` as small as it was. IMO it was a cry for some sort of help and I personally think she had NO intention of flying.

She was in a state of conflict and she was `projecting` her issues... I think she wanted some understanding and empathy.... But of course that was not the time nor place.

Considering the circumstances I think she was fairly well self restrained and didnt really show any aggression. I think she was having a really bad day but not to the point of breakdown.

Of course she was in no position or frame of mind to be in any `flight capacity` and I think she also knew this.
We all get affected by R/L shit and it does sometimes `bleed over` into work...it happens to us All.

I think with a good vacation and some theraputic counselling she will no doubt be back.

Could be that she needed a public display to follow through with something. And she's obviously calling out for help. Many times a woman is isolated in an abusive situation without a support system and she will make a desperate cry for help.

Airline employee unions and insurances cover these things. And we are all human. I have compassion for others who are crying.

Airlines cannot supply safety with terrorism as a threat. Remote hijackings, pilot suicide crashes, airplane maintenance workers and regulations are lax, the whole industry is in low morale, it's not a pretty picture.

Pakistan has closed airspace. Iran is threatening commercial planes... it's not cool.

Here is an interesting statistic for anyone that think `she may have been a danger`!!

Of all these proven or highly likely to aviation disasters caused by suicide (lets be honest this is the elephant in the room here) None of these crashes involved a female pilot.... Eh!!

By the way, not a single woman has actually graduated US Army Ranger School (RASP is different and no woman has attempted that to my knowledge). I have that straight from a former member of the training cadre. It's all contrived bullshit. No woman has graduated and gotten her tab facing the same scrutiny or physical challenges as a man.
