A pound of lead might hit the ground faster than a pound of feather depending on fall distance and bag type or netting, as the feathers might begin to loft and do what feathers are designed for plus even on scales, would it still be the same or not an accurate reading if gusts of wind are blowing at the bags in netting and starting to loft even a single outer feather?
