The problem is that what bathroom DO they choose. The women in their restroom might complain, and as we could see from the video the man in his restroom also asked whether she was in the right one. Transgendered people literally can't win. The only solution as far as I can see, is to give them their own.

There's so much politics involved in this controversy, that it's a pile of bullshit to claim it's strictly biochemical or scientific. That would be similar to people claiming, years after the fact, that they remained fans of Hillary - and had to support her - because they never heard about her corruption and scandals. .
