It must have milk, cream, butter and eggs. It's about exercising and how much you consume of a thing. You're not supposed to drink milk as a beverage. It's an ingredient or a treat. The chances of getting mad cow from Milk is almost 0, it's pasteurized. People eat nearly raw meat, that is what's a risk.
