Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
I LOVE TESTIMONIES...

I never had supernatural experiences until I asked Jesus into my life, and man 2 days later did that ever change.

The first thing that happened was I had a full body vision.

But like Paul says whether in the body or not, he couldn't tell.

Watch my testimony video, it's a much lighter topic.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76313950

I had a full body vision/experience in my younger years, I was taken out of the room into the black space with stars around, I could hear my heart beating somewhere far away, but felt like i was part of that space suspended in it, I didn't have a body. I got scared that I was stuck in that space or was dead, so I yelled for help. Suddenly, I was being sucked out of that space really fast, stars were leaving trails behind as I was moving, and then I was suddenly back into the room.
I wonder if this experience meant anything.

Thank you for re-posting your videos. I was disappointed when you took the first ones down. They are very helpful.

Yea I got some grief. But I decided I love the ecklesia, and want her to hear what I heard...I am positive she is hearing the same thing, maybe just afraid to accept it.

OP,

Thank you very much for sharing these videos. It takes a lot of courage to talk about ourselves so openly. Like others have said, I wouldn’t mind hearing more of what you have to say. You speak from the heart, openly, and honestly.

Thank you for your time

Forgot to ask. Will you post new videos in this thread? Or make another?

Thanks
 Quoting: Tanoros

Yes I'll try and just keep it simple, and post them here... The big thing is' What should I tell, how far should I go...

I'm really seeking God's courage in these matters.

Yet I'm resting to, that is the key. REST in HIM...

Ron, I watched the entire video

It was not easy for me to watch, especially the beginning. It was very difficult

I rarely watch long videos or read long articles

I watched the entire video out of respect for you

I am a Christian, I feel bad at what happened to you and I do not want to disrespect you

This is my opinion on almost every matter:

The pain and suffering of this world is temporary

And the Joy of God is eternal and will last forever

That is my opinion
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77629600

It's nice of you to say, and I'm glad you watched it...

BUT don't feel bad, I'm so much in a better place than before.

I JUST TRUST HIM, NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

I just watched the first one.
Made me cry.
I got to tell you that I had the worst week.
Maybe it was a spiritual attack, I'm still not sure what happened.
Long story...

Thank you for posting that. I'll watch the second one next.
You reach the heart.

Thanks again.
 Quoting: Rayelle

Sorry it made you cry. It's all Gods will....Be stubborn like me, refuse to move, and be like a horse that will not be trained and God has no choice, but to brake us, because He loves us. I would NEVER GO BACK to looking and speaking normal, my life has changed that much...Does it mean this is easy? No.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76313950

If this is all real and not fake like most of the crap I read on this forum you have been given the largest gift I could ever ask for. I would do anything to hear God’s voice. I’ve done many of the things you have. Lust, greed, thinking of nobody but myself. I have been a very selfish person in many ways in my life. Yet, I also give much to my church and have never been greedy with helping others. I think I do that because it makes me feel good inside and gives me some form of honor thinking I’m doing the LORD’s will. In honesty, I think it’s for show inside my own body and thoughts. What I wouldn’t do to have the LORD speak to me directly the way he has done to you. I have so many questions. I have so much sin that plagues my soul. I honestly think “how could GOD ever love me with the shit I’ve done”? I think sometimes the things I do that are good I’m trying to compensate for all the bad things I’ve done. I have an incredible life, wealth and have never gone without. I’ve worked my butt off but I have been given so much. Is it GOD? Why would he ever help me with all the badness I’ve done? My worst thoughts I have are questioning GOD’s love. It’s just impossible that my creator could love me with the bullshit I’ve done. I don’t know how. If he could speak to me the way he spoke to you it would change my life too. So that poses the biggest question. What am I waiting for?

Life is so complicated. It’s so hard to choose what is right and what is wrong. Walking in the footsteps of Jesus and his teachings on earth is so much easier said or read than actually doing it. I would ask the LORD to fit me with a new pair of shoes and that isn’t a joke. I would ask him to make them the same size and fit as Jesus and just navigate me to walk only in his footsteps and make it impossible to misstep. I’d turn over 100% of my free will to walk in those steps to meet my creator someday and to do honor to him on this earth.

This is probably the most serious post I’ve ever done up here. I’ve poured a lot out to you and I don’t even know you and probably never will. You video touched me in many ways and I want more than anything to have GOD speak to me the way he has spoken to you. Pray for me. I will pray for you. Ask the LORD and Holy Spirit to come into me the way they have you and transform my life. I want it so badly I don’t know what to do sometimes because it seems like I’m walking a life I was never supposed to. I believe the LORD has a different plan for me that I’m not understanding or I’m too ignorant or stubborn to do for him.

God bless you and your family. You have impacted my life in a positive way and I thank you for that.
 Quoting: Dusty_Patriot

Brother I would NEVER, EVER, joke about God, or make stuff up....That would be soooo wrong.

Now as far as you hearing God, you must realize something OK?

I NEVER did anything to hear God speak to me. He just did it.

So this means, YOU don't have to do anything either...

Just do this OK. Just treat Him like a friend, tell him everything, when your alone talk to Him, as if He is having coffee with you.

When your around people and can't talk to Him, think to Him...As if you are having the same conversations as when you are alone.

Keep your mind thinking about Him, think good thoughts, of loving Him, and wanting to love Him more.

THIS is the key, Jesus WANTS us to KNOW Him, to be friends, intimate friendship.

Practice this as much as you can, see what happens, but make it an endeavor done while resting n Him, and His love, there is no condemnation or judging yourself, that is not your job.

Do u know what a man will do for a woman who adores him, he will do everything for her...

Treat Jesus, like that woman, who adores her husband...

REST in HIM, TRUST HIM, THINK on Him, it will be OK..

You are not ready to depart, for you must repay a bit more karma.

But you are the lucky one because as it had been written: It's a great karmic wheel divided up into larger sections instead of smaller sections and there are people working off these larger sections as if they were the smaller sections. It's like working off concentrated karma. He says the amount of karma the spirits who live through these times will be able to work off would be the equivalent of ten lifetimes at any other time in earth history.

Re: When A Christian Commits Suicide...This is how God Responded to me.
Committing suicide is contrary to God's plan. This said, I believe that God is merciful and forgiving.

I CAN understand when people are terminally ill (or even chronically ill) and end their lives. They just want the pain to end.

For those that are not seriously ill and commit suicide I suppose it is despair, a lack of hope, a feeling that things are not going to get better.

Most of us have had a time or two in our lives when we also felt a little hopeless. Life is hard.

I guess what I am trying to say is it is heartbreaking that people lose their hope and end their lives.

Christianity says that Christ paid the price, the work has been done....

Then since this is true, there is only one thing for us to do...Enter into His rest.... Rest in His work...

Don't try to add to it...

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, what did Paul mean in all those NT verses where he is addressing the Church about their freedoms and their love feasts.

I think THEY REALLY UNDERSTOOD THE WORK OF GRACE...

And Paul had to help them understand why they were free, and what to do with that new found freedom.

Adjust the speed on the video to 1:25 or 1:50 - that will make it shorter.
Listen to his testimony.

Just think how many threads you've seen about depressed guys who want to end it all? Every few days there is a thread topic from somebody who is thinking about suicide.
I've seen many posts lately about how serious problems or mental struggles are so bad that they want to "end it" or leave this life.
This guy tells you what happened when he tried to end his life but he lived. He lived for a reason.
Just watch it.
