I'm a FL panhandle man, but I've been to St Simons. Cool little island.

What really blew my mind is the tides here. They are nuts!! From low tide to high tide is something like 8 or 9 ft difference. I read it is one of the biggest tide difference on the east coast. Maybe this has something to do with the beached whales? When the tide goes out there are a number of sand bars exposed, so maybe the whales couldn't get out to deeper water.

Funny my friend just posted a video of a whale coming out of the water so close to the ocean shore on Long Island New York. Never seen that in my 44 years here

The marine guy says One theory is a parasite in inner can cause beaching. But I think the parasite would have to be activated by some frequency. I had intense pain in my ear right around when the whales beached. I think it’s a variety of shingle virus that frequcies can set off. Very interesting, the scientists would say this. I think it’s similar to the China and Cuba Embassy sonic artacks.

I always feel so sad when I read about these mass beaching events.

Many years ago I was very fortunate to be able to go whale watching in Hervey Bay Australia. The whales come right up to the boats and once you have experienced that you feel very connected to them and their energy.

I was very glad to see many Japanese Tourists on that boat that day as it is only through educating them that their killing will stop.

Bless all the people who were out helping those whales. I am looking forward to the day when our earth changes and we are all able to live harmoniously with all living creatures and to treat them with respect and care.
