They do it because if you saw how many crimes were by ethnicity.. Latino's would be number 1, followed by blacks, followed by caucasians..

Then caucasians would say hey, were 60% of the population and these latinos and blacks commit 50% or 60% of the crimes across the nation..

Then you would see people screaming for deportations of latinos.. And maybe even deportations and citizenry stripped for some blacks..
