Re: Serious question for serious minds on GLP.
Shut up sit down and listen to what is going on when you are silence. It will make your day, you can hear the birds sing, you can hear the world that you do not normal hear is all around you. There is no turmoil in your silences, just the wonders of other world you pay no attention to.

You can hear animal walk, their way of talking. I would love a time all around the word to be silent for a few hours, doing nothing only sitting silently listening with all around you.

Maybe then and only then you can understand joy of the world around you. You may thing make some of the talking vibrations to stop the world from shaking. Millions to billions of people not saying a word nor sing a word. No vibration only nature, the unheard.

Once a week people should do this, nothing special, get something cold or hot to drink where ever you are, and just listen to the silent world of people, and hear the world around you. Listen and they well teach you.

I am silent by nature. I like your idea. We are social creatures though, you can't get anyone to stop blabbering on for more than a few minutes. 2 minutes of silence has a better ring to it though.

I did.
It does.
You’ve got no idea what that does to you.

I am going to have to consult ancients to see if it can be undone...same as day one...

It’s not talk.

I can prove it.

But I’m just being bullied and manipulated instead, which is a waste of time.

Those bullying have no knowledge and nor would they be on the right stream with their attitudes and egos to receive such information...

I feel you understand, you must be very specific about these issues. I might add, that it never break, still function, not be an impediment to every day tasks, grow length wise (14 inches wide, 1 inch long, think about it).

I was daydreaming a thread like this a couple of nights ago. Good call OP. OK, lets do it...

Chapter 1. The downfall of 5G.
 Quoting: Daozen

Around the first time I saw an iphone, I had a vision of everyone lining up on the beach and tossing them into the ocean.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 47375966

I didn't realize how long it would take for that daydream to come true. But it did. And the story of how The Disintegration - as historians are now terming it - rose into being was so strange... Would you even believe me? Even if I run my mouth in fiction? Even my Mum and Dad thought I was full of shit. If I wrote a script about what happened to me these last ten years, and took it into a film producers office, I'd get laughed out of Hollywood. But it happened.

I got an old coat for a pillow
And the earth was last night's bed

As the Cancer moon rose dew-like in the summer sky, 15 days before before the vainglorious and tumultuous month of Leo, the {DELETED} in the technology sector had made their presence known to the black contract holders in the Valley. Meetings were held, and documents in somber envelopes laced with pure Neroli were shown in these meetings. Photos had been taken. Parties had been videoed. Some photos were black and white, some were color, some were polaroid. All were "eyebrow-raising".
How do I know this, readers? Because I am the omniscient narrator.

Over coffee and white melon laced with calamint, {DELETED} asked them to reconsider. Libra, they said, was 'not fair'.

The press tentatively started to pushback on global currencies. Very timidly at first, like a bruised and slashed and discolored victim telling his abuser to go to hell for the first time. There was even a detectable muttering against 5G, but that didn't pick up steam until August.

May I ask two questions, dear friends, dear readers, gathered beloved?

1) How is your summer going?
2) What does a child molester do, when THREE groups of influencers have his ping-pong party photos?

I'm feeling generous:

Do you allow pain and suffering? What makes something "good" or "evil?" Are those even concepts in your book or are they abandoned in favor of something else. If so, what is that something, and what makes it that way?

Once you've written the book that "fixes" everything, does it stay fixed forever?

What do you say to the person who says things are perfect just the way they are?

If whatever you wrote turned into reality, what book would you write?

Quoting: The one who can do shit 71408772

Book? Try a few sentences.
 Quoting: Tyrone Slothrop

Only an entire book would accomplish what I believe is needed. A few sentences alone could be misinterpreted.

Let's say I write that I want a new car.

Simple enough, so when my new shiny hotwheels car shows up, I am less than impressed. So I write about an amazing new car, that I can drive, it's fast and colorful and uses gas, it has to be able to get me to work and shouldn't be too small.

I end up with a car that's everything I could have wanted maybe? No the car was stolen, or ends up leading me to an accident, or has a gas tank that can only get me to work and not return me, or the car is haunted or ends up being stolen, etc.....

It's never what you planned because a few sentences alone could never fully describe what you really want to happen.

Do you see the conundrum?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71408772

I see your delusions. If that's how you define conundrum far be it from me to take issue.

Child molestation, toxic food, widespread ill health, murders, car crashes and shattered families are far from perfect.

But the rest of your post contains a lot of interesting ideas for future writers.

I just change myself to change the world. Now that i have changed myself i force the world to live with me having changed myself. It works.

Does the world still love me after i have changed myself, that is a question i force others to make. And whatever they choose, love, hate or ignore, they all have consequences.

Is it a joyous occation when a loved one dies?

Depends. If they're over 90 years old...? Yes I will be happy that they left, for a better place.

I understand your role was to hold the polarity. You played it well. But that time has to end. Thank you, sincerely, for the lessons.

To take away excess in anything ever is to not allow people to learn their own limits, find their own balance.

What you are suggesting is that "one size fits all" and takes away all choice or possibility to learn and grow.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72602481

You've made some good points which cut to the core of this dilemma. I've been thinking about these issues for a long time.

Filling in a child's homework? No. But also, I don't think it's right to molest, imprison or starve children. And that is going on right now. Stanley Kubrick warned us, and he died for his sins. No good deed goes unpunished. I don’t believe anyone under 18 should be held fully responsible for their karmic choices.

So yes, free will reigns supreme, but the limits of karma and consent are being strained very cleverly, in ways that make me uncomfortable and borderline suspicious.

Now, you guys argue that human’s horrific treatment of animals opens the karmic doors for us to be treated in a similar manner. That's a good point, and it is well taken. But it is well within the power of any government, corporation or bloodline family to take out full-page-adverts asking people to eat more plant produce, and less meat. Why don't you do that? I don't know. You tell me. But your lack of action on this important issue (environmental destruction caused by meat eating) shows me you may not 100% have the best interests of this world in your heart. And for this reason, I cannot continue writing my script as you may wish.

I would prefer you took a different course of action. Publicly encouraging veganism, instead of cleverly skirting the edges of karma and consent. There’s a role for you… save the rainforest, save this beautiful world, and help us rebuild this blue jewel. Turn the boat around. Be the one who changes things. You will go down in history.

In short, your philosophy is valid, but there are wider and deeper contexts (and currents) that you have not considered. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
