Bring em in......before the sun fries them.

Basil is very delicate. I'd move them in, but gradually, so they might not notice that something bad is going on and they'll give up the ghost and wilt (and then where would your great tomato salad be?).

I had to pick most of the leaves off as they were getting mildew. It seems to be recovering as the new growth doesn’t seem to have it so far.

Check out the oil futures charts and crude oil prices.

They've been mostly flat since this whole "Strait of Hormuz" thing got 'warm' in April.

Oil futures are up 1/2 of a percent, crude prices are flat. So the bankers aren't anticipating things going hot.
