pasta is a long term storage item so may be bunker supply hit the factory hard and they werent prepared.
thing is we are always told the storage facility is prepared for glitches.
this is bullshit.usa food reserves should be full and rotated,we should NEVER see a glitch!
theres a reason we have that hub in missouri.it needs to be properly managed.
