Diet is crucial as is hydration. PLENTY of water. Alfalfa capsules and Boswellia capsules are both good for connective tissue - and time release vitamin C. Recommend getting supplements from Vitacost.com --- super good prices, fast (2 days or 3) and great customer service. Fabulous brands and selections. |

DeplorableOldMan User ID: 77620619 United States 07/20/2019 02:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I woke up a week ago and felt a weird feeling in my right wrist. Not very painful, just a little stiff and it keeps making popping sounds every now and then. Sometimes I also feel like one of the bones is moving in there or something. My wrist isn't swollen and there is almost no pain. I'm feeling depressed because I'm only 26 and I'm right handed. I work as a mail carrier and I'm scared to think that I could be forced to quit at some point if this gets worse. Have anyone out there had arthritis and how do you make the best of it? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76304482 That's called tendonitis. DeplorableOldMan |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76304482 That's called tendonitis. Ye, I had that back in the day from paintin pizzas when I was young. It's that repetition. Lots of wrist action in a pizzeria. It subsided when I left the job and never came back. Now, 20 years later I most certainly have arthritis, lol. Runs in family. Psoriatic arthritis, no less. |

If you are, the milk will work in 24 - 72 hours. I don't recommend calcium supplements.
