Neither the Bill or the Hill were scholars. They, like the Ep were chosen for use in further times. Those who chose them knew they could be controlled, just like we have in all of our countries have people in "power", not leaders, just people who are under control.
The Bill, the Kill, the Ep, the Zuc, the Jobs, they are all instated in our lives as we try to get by. By working and minding our own business.........
