After reviewing just a few of these military comparisons, and many more on the link below, the answer is obvious: UNITED STATES: IRAN: Total aircraft: 12,304 850 Fighter aircraft: 457 130 Multirole aircraft: 2,192 73 Attack aircraft: 587 52 Helicopters: 4,889 324 USA! USA! USA! [ link to armedforces.eu (secure)] You are forgetting Iran has Russia China India and 98% of the Middle East on their side. Not a single one of those countries would come to the aid of Iran in a fight with the United States. Not one. Iran isn't worth it. (Nor do they want to get their asses lit up.)
