I think a hot woman still looks good with an athletic body and nice hair. I don’t think that’s a deal killer. If she has a cool personality I’d be down for her.

If all someone is attracted to a person for is breasts, there are far bigger problems.

If I were attracted to her otherwise sure but there's one big red flag here and it's not her lack of breasts which after all can be reconstructed. Women with negative body images tend to need chronic reassurance that can never fix their ego problem for more than a short while and I'm at a stage in my life where I'm looking for a strong and confidant partner, not a crippled psyche to lean on me no matter how hot she is.

True. She probably has a better chance of finding a guy that will treat her better.

Thats unfortunate that your friend needed a masectomy. There are lots of option available to her to help her regain her body and her confidence, she should look into them.

That’s a good point. Unfortunately she tried the reconstruction and one side got rejected by her body. She kept swelling around her side and neck. She had a drain tube for months trying to control it. She finally had the implants removed.
She is a strong person but I think her interactions with men over the years has conditioned her mindset about the breasts being something more sexual and important than they really are. Also the guy she was with took her through hell a few times. Let’s say she is strong and fun to be with.

I’m the same way. I told her most guys are into the body and booty. Boobs are low on the list for attraction.

Even the ass deflates with age. All good things come to an end.

You guys need to start seeing beyond the physical

Everyone starts with physical. Women do it with men too.

Time for a reality check since all the previous replies are feel-good nonsense. Yes it matters. Most guys aren't going to date a woman without tits, just like most women wouldn't date a guy who doesn't have a dick.

Boobs are primal. Tell her to go lesbian.

It starts that way, looks count at first for sure. But its not enough. In the end, you will need more for a lasting relationship.

Looks are good for securing a bunch of one night stands and short term relationships

Speaking from experience -

You can be spiritually attracted to someone, but if they are butt ugly - it ain’t going anywhere.

You can be physically attracted to someone but if they lack spiritual depth - it ain’t going anywhere.

You want to be physically attracted to someone as well as spiritually aligned. Best of both worlds.

Boobs are nice, but they don’t dictate attraction.

It really doesn’t matter much when your looking into someone's eyes While making love to them. Besides, reconstruction surgery has come a long way if self-image is important.

Poor women and what you’re saying is true

She's in a tough spot no question and a poor body image under the circumstances is completely understandable and IMO justified but now more than ever her own feelings about herself are going to dictate what her options are. Ultimately too she'll be better off if she's at peace with herself even if she remains unattached than 'seeing' herself as a woman with no breasts searching for a partner.

You can buy boobs a lot easier than beating cancer.

There's always that option.

Women are superficial. That's why I got an Asian girl, and I told her when she gets old im going to trade her in for a younger one. (jokingly) (or am I).

Yeah she can get implants if she so chooses. That can help women regain self-esteem.

Almost all women who lose a breast at a young age, do some sort of reconstruction.
Not all.
Men who love their women, say they don't care.
I know of such a man. She's the love of his life.
As long as she's alive and healthy, he doesn't care if she has any breasts at all.
And she was a double D.

I know plenty of women who used to be lookers.
Most still have their boobs. But just got old.
They never had to develop social skills.
Many were involved in the shop around and
test drive as many men as possible. While
zeroing in the on the ones with the most
money.

BUT

i also know a lot of plain janes who had to
develope personalities. And the ability to
love and care for people. Not just men they
wanted to mate with. Some were even quite
plump. Which used to be a sign she might
know how to cook !!! And there always seems
to be demand for women like that with tits
or with out tits !!!

I feel for her but reminds me of a story my dad once told me...While stationed in key west his coworkers wife lost her breasts to cancer so being an ardent sewer placed foam pads in her bra to use as pin cushions. Anyway, apparently she showed up at our house one lunch day looking for hubby and dad opened the door to see his friend's wife standing there with needles in her breasts.
