Passed on with permission of the website (bottom). They want this information shared. After reading this Covenant I realize, they have literally accomplished their goals. All but the one highlighted in bold. This was put on their website in 2008, I have no idea when it was written.

THE SECRET COVENANT

An illusion it will be, so large, so vast it will escape their perception.

Those who will see it will be thought of as insane.

We will create separate fronts to prevent them from seeing the connection between us.
