Where a $25 an hour job would be a comfortable rate, it would become just over poverty level.

Small businesses would drop like flies and large corporations would have you paying $3 for a candy bar, where if they kept the price the same, would still make plenty of money.

If no, then there are no consequences to our actions other than oenaltative ones imposed by society and only if caught. Thus the powerful can use strategies to avoid detection when stealing and exploiting and are unlikely to be caught. There is a slim chance anything can be done as the powerful pull the strings of governance.

Thus it's actually illogical for the powerful to help you. Why would they? To feel good? They don't care.

A rise in wages must from somewhere which means a loss of profit or a rise in the finished product price or a reduced size or a cheaper version or a lesser service.

What the consumer say? Does the consumer have rights?

No matter what, if ony subjective morality exists, you are unlikely to actually get more wages as the rise causes inflation and a cascading effect on the economy.
