i did the right thing and nobody cares so heres a thread instead !

i checked myself into the mental hospital voluntarily 2 days ago

no more abilify as i was tweeking 24/7

now its zoloft and risperidal

feeling more wholesome

i was carrying a lot of aggresion with literally 0 output or way to release it ... and it disappated actually

Glad you're making changes to feel more wholesome. Men's need to be switched up sometimes. Hope it gets better for you. It can take a few weeks to kick in with adjusting med school like that. Be patient, but stay connected to your truth.
