I called the cops today on what I am pretty sure is a child sex trafficker details inside

I am normally the type of person that says live and let live and have never called the cops on anyone before.
But today I saw something that I thought was too odd to pass up.

I am in a mid size Tennessee town and stopped at a store that sold a bit of everything.

When it was a kmart it was known as a place people went to to meet for to find a hooker on the side of the building and a few gay men got caught there behind the dumpster a few years back doing their thing.
It was a Kmart till last year now its a generic department type store.
On my way out of the parking lot I see a really odd thing. There is a creepy man standing beside a car and next to him are 2 small blonde girls one I would say may be 4 or 6 and the other 6 or 7.

The younger girls is wearing shorts and t-shirt nothing odd there but the older one honest to god has on a very short mini skirt, pantyhose and high heels. I thought I must have been wrong about her age so I went around again and got a better look and she was very young and even if she was 18 she looked way out of place. The guy had a beard and had on dark glasses and a hat.

I called the police and told them that I may be seeing something that was not there because of all the stuff with Epstein in the news and the dispatcher told me someone else had called right before I did. She ask me to discreetly make sure they did not leave before the officers arrived. I pulled back into the lot and watched till I saw 3 cop cars pull in at the same time. The guy saw them and ushered the girls to the car. I turned on my dash cam and drove by hoping to get a good pic of the pervy guy but did not get much.
I later called the dispatcher back telling her who I was and she remembered me I ask if anything happened to him. She said she could not give out arrest records over the phone like that so i am assuming that was her way of saying he was arrested.

I will check the police blog in the paper tomorrow and see if anything is in there.

There may be an innocent explanation as to what was going on buy I can not think of what it would be. I do not have daughters but if I did there is no way in hell I would let a 17 year old dress like that around me and I would now want to be saw anywhere near a 7 year old dressed like that even if I was just passing by. I would cross the street to avoid anyone even thinking we were together
