I’ve been borderline “passing out” just when I sit down and then suddenly wake up not knowing I had dozed off. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76433488 Other than that I feel pretty okay during the day. Maybe something related to testing or chemtrails? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77848367 United States 07/26/2019 07:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, when I an eating 3 meals a day I have a very hard time remaining awake after a work day. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77681791 I noticed taking vitamins helped. Many people are having good results from fasting part of the day and limiting their meals to a 4-5 hour window. Drink whatever you drink in the morning but hold off till eating in the afternoon. Eat a couple times if you like in that 4-5 hour window then nothing else before bed. Gives the body a break from digesting food all day long. Saps so much energy. Of course if you feel light headed eat something but not these high fat/carb laden big morning and mid day meals |

So many people are sleep deprived and in this heat it's worse. Many find it hard to stay on a routine. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77681791 I noticed taking vitamins helped. Three meals a day is far too much food. One or two small meals is enough for even a large guy working outside after age 50. When your younger, you have a decent level of growth hormone, but it's virtually banned as a medication in the USA. |

Maybe even a cardiac exam. Quoting: Fastrac5 MDs are good at billing and ordering "tests". They're good at coming up with names for conditions, but they're NOT good at really knowing what's happening at a gestalt level. The only one you can trust with that is yourself. Remove artificial sweeteners, sweets of all kinds, alcohol and most food from your diet. |

Sleep is the key to good health and then nutrition. How much sleep are you getting OP? The body can’t heal without it. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77808861 United States 07/26/2019 11:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hoping someone knowledgeable can chime in here..... Have fatigue, weakness, muscle and bone pain. Found out that Vit B-12 and Vit D is low. When I take Vit B-12 by pill or injection, I get extremely fatigued, like I'm really doped down on something. Vit D does the same but slightly less pronounced. Mult-vitamins and magnesium supplement also have the same effect, except the magnesium makes me sleep. Looking around, I found something called MTHFR, stands for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. It's getting attention due to a genetic mutation that may lead to high levels of homocysteine in the blood and low levels of folate and other vitamins. It's a gene mutation. I wasn't like this until the past 4-5 yrs. The first thing mentioned to treat MTHFR is B-12, but how can I do that? Just keep taking it and hope I start to see the end of the tunnel? I've tried taking 1/2 doses of B-12 and it's just too much, I can't function. Told the doc about MTHFR and asked him to look into it, he jotted it down and told me to see a shrink. probably just trashed the MTHFR note, since it wasn't typed in his laptop. |
