The 9th Circuit has been overturned every tome they have made a ruling against President Trump's wants for stricter immigration controls and border security. 9th Circuit needs to be broken up into multiple districts. Most of Obama's appointees appear to be leftist shills put in place to circumvent the constitution. . |
