My last two girlfriwmds couldn't rack the slide on a glock 9mm. One of them couldn't even do it on a colt mustang. 380. My step mother also couldn't rack the colt mustang. My friends mom's husband died a year ago. He felt the need to buy her a handgun for protection with his dad gone. So he took her to a range where you can rent all the pistols you want and shoot them before you buy. The only one she could chamber was the. 380 sw EZ model. So that's what he bought. |

They typically don't make pistols with a weak spring because it wouldn't stand up to alot of rounds being put through it and them they would have the reputation ofaking a cheap gun. So they've steered away from creating semi handguns for women until fairly recently. Just realize it's not a gun to be shot a whole lot. But if she can use it when it counts then that's what matters. I get your point. |
