Sort of. All the general public will likely know is that Hillary and Bill's Twitter accounts will slowly die off. Chelsea probably won't even admit what's going on. Wouldn't surprise me if they actually start making fake posts on their behalf until after the 2020 election so the public doesn't suspect a thing, and then casually announce that both were executed a little over a year ago.
