The evidence is not in the first one about Maxwell because Trump was at a party with others not just himself and what was said was about Trump's Yacht being larger than Maxwells. Since Trump never drinks alcohol there was something about business being the reason he was there. This was in the times Trump was really into building his business which happened to be skyscrapers and his Trump Towers. The people there would be the ones he needed to be a little friendly with. Nothing in that article had anything bad in it.
