Capital One data breach

In last five years, I have been notified three times that my data has been stolen. Credit card companies, HMO data, etc.
Each time I have been offered 'Credit Monitoring'.

It's time to hold companies like Capital One accountable. They are the ones who should be doing the 'Credit Monitoring' on all their accounts.

Fines for allowing data to be stolen should be in the billions!
