praying, gridding your house with orgonite, smudging with white sage every now and then, and most importantly avoiding alcohol and drugs that lower your etheric shield (aura).. hats/beanies/shirts/boxers that shield emf freuqencies, not using a wifi router, cellphone shut off and wrapped in foil and keeping smart devices unplugged or not owning any at all.
