To embrace the parts of you which can break rules and conventions at will without balanced integration into the self is to become a ruthless bastard who cares little beyond themselves. This is our ruling class in this day and age. Socio-paths.

First rule is Know Yourself. You can’t achieve this successfully with your Ego parasite in the way.

It will break you, as is required to get a balanced integration as you put yourself back together in the right order.

You enter into a course of self observation and in particular observe your reactions when emotional. Emotions allow us to break Mental Axioms and programming. That is also when your Ego gets you to do things then gets you to not notice them.

The hypocrite does not know they are one, yet everyone else sees it.
Another good film called Cloud Atlas explores this. You only see yourself through the eyes of the other. In self observation you notice you spit into two, the observer and participant.

The observer is unaffected by anything the participant does or goes through. It does not get upset or emotional, it just observes. A good place of refuge for people who feel beset by the plight of their participant. The observer part is incorruptible. There is a lesson in that for those who can see it.

Evicting your Ego does not mean you will be nothing. In many cases the individual realized they are who they really were all along yet could not see it because their Ego had the wheel of their vessel.

When you observe yourself it will break you because you will be appalled by what you really do without thinking. What your programming has become. Once you understand yourself and the parts you can see they are tools which without integration are unbalanced and even dangerous.
