This is why Modi abrogated article 370 and 35a all of a sudden.India was aware of paki bargaining plans about Afghanistan and kashmir.
However Modi outsmarted both Trump and Imran khan in one shot.

pak can not do anything other than running from pillar to pillar for some international support.
Their claim for Indian side of kashmir has become null and void.Now India will go for paki side of kashmir.

That would be a very bad idea, imo.

Now pakistan can not get anything from mediation.India has already made it clear that any future negotiations will only be about pak occupied kashmir.

I donot think pak can survive more than a decade due to its deteriorating economic situation.After its disintegration India will be legal owner of whole Kashmir.

India is actually better off letting the moslems just have it. They will block the tribe from taking it.
