best way to get passed for good is go once, claim that you have a hearing deficiency, and they will never summon you again

During the interview phase, ask the what 'jury nullification' is.

In Canada you never get called for jury duty unless you are a "professional," or the spouse of. Teacher, doctor, etc.

Somehow the random selection process just passes everyone else by. I've never met, literally never met, an average blue collar working person who has served on a jury.

I got out of it by telling them I was indicted by the feds myself and don’t trust the word of a prosecutor. The defense was practically jumping for joy wanting to pick me but that got me tossed!

Voting is to sign you up for jury duty. Your vote won't count unless it's local elections only for now and that's only if you don't sign the ledger they keep. That just for jury duty.

If your old enough in most states, you can refuse jury duty. If not, you can always commit a felony.

I just told the judge that I no longer had faith in the justice system...was never called again

I kept getting summoned every year, I got sick of it, my Uncle said do nothing. Now I do nothing and throw it away. If you send it back, then you are on the hook. If you do nothing, they don't know if you received it or not and they do not check.
